Uffizi for everyone - Internationl Signs Video | Giotto, Ognissanti Maestà, 1300-1305 c.

Mary, holding Jesus in her arms, is seated on a throne, like a queen. This is the iconography that gives rise to the title “Maestà” or “Majesty”, used to refer to this and other paintings with similar subjects.

With the "Uffizi for Everyone" Project, the museum provides accessible contents with the aim of fostering inclusion and the active participation of the widest audience.
