Important notice to visitors
Starting from 13 October 2025, bookings will reopen for:
Vasari Corridor: special evening visits held every Friday until 26 December 2025;
Royal Apartments of Pitti Palace;
Firenze Card: booking of visits to the Gallery of Statues and Paintings (Uffizi) through the call center (number: 800 615615; from abroad: +39 055 0354135 – available Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) or at the physical ticket offices.
From the same date, all entrance tickets to the museum complexes of Le Gallerie degli Uffizi will become nominal (personalized).
Tickets purchased before the day of the visit will be subject to the standard advance booking surcharge, as specified in the official price list of Le Gallerie degli Uffizi.
Tickets may be purchased in advance online or through the call center (number: 800 615615; from abroad: +39 055 0354135 – available Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.).
Tickets for same-day visits may be purchased directly at the ticket office.
At the time of purchase, each visitor must provide the required identification details, which will be linked to the ticket.
If the name on the ticket does not match the visitor’s ID document, entry will not be allowed. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Each account may purchase up to 10 tickets per day (maximum 5 for the Vasari Corridor).

Finally, please note that, due to the change of concessionaire for ticketing and additional services for the museum complexes of Le Gallerie degli Uffizi—effective from 13 October 2025 and implemented with full operational continuity—there may be occasional slowdowns in visitor entry between 13 and 19 October 2025.
